. Officers responded to the residence at which a snockered sibling had reported that his bibulous brother was “freaking out” and crawling across the floor, and stood by with the creeping, gaseous patient, who refused all offers of assistance, until EMS arrived.

EMS personnel provided care and transport for a man complaining of chest pain after being pinned between a half-ton pallet of sugar and a metal rod with a protruding eyelet.

Officers responded to a bar regarding a boozy, bellicose patron with a proclivity for other patrons’ drinks. An intoxicated witness who fell face-first from his stool to the floor helped identify the suspect, who had already fled the bar. Officers found the grubby and bloody suspect wandering about the CEM and advised him he could be charged for his behavior at the bar.

Caller reported his intoxicated neighbor was standing outside her house screaming her son’s name ad infinitum. Officers responded, found the drunken woman as described and turned her over to the son she had apparently been seeking.

Caller reported that a woman who was intoxicated last night and this morning was now driving. An officer later saw the suspect driver walking from her vehicle to a taxi, and noted no signs of intoxication.
