Officers issued a trespass advisement to one of two fishermen who had been yelling at a bartender and calling her a variety of vulgar names. The other fisherman has yet to be located, but will as well be barred from Unisea property.

Bunkhouse tenant reported noisy guests in a neighboring room. An officer responded and advised a tenant and his guests to keep their voices down.

Officer responded to the same residence, wherein the hole-punching drunk had allegedly taken one of the houseguests’ bottles of liquor for himself. The homeowner asked that the hole-punching drunk be given a trespass advisement.

Officer responded to a residence full of drunken men, one of whom claimed that another had been rude to him and his houseguests and had punched a hole in the wall. The complainant did not wish to pursue charges but did want the obstreperous drunk to go to bed.

Caller reported two people with a flashlight jumping down the hill behind her residence. Officers contacted the two young men, one of whom had been consuming alcohol, but determined they had committed no crime and were not in need of any assistance.

A woman who had previously reporting receiving harassing communications from a former employee said the man had driven to and stopped near her home earlier this day. An officer watched the man as he was taking pictures of items near the woman’s home, and later saw him photographing the area near some other property belonging to the same woman. The suspect claimed to simply be photographing some of Unalaska’s “sights.”

Woman reported having had an argument with her husband. The wife had already left the home and was not in any physical danger. No charges were filed.

Caller reported having received voicemail from a person who identified himself as a local officer and threatened to arrest the caller if he did not respond to the voicemail. The caller spoke to the real officer and determined the voice on the message and the voice of the officer were quite dissimilar. The real officer offered some suggestions on how to determine who had called him.

Caller reported having received numerous text messages from a man who had recently been causing problems for her and her employer. An officer advised the woman to contact the court about obtaining a protective order.

Bar employee recognized a man playing pool as someone who had been issued a trespass advisement two years earlier. The very cooperative patron was not arrested, but was advised anew that the trespass order was still in effect even now.

An irate and extremely vocal man was seen in front of a local bar, spray-painting vulgarities directed at the business and law enforcement onto the sides of his vehicle. Officers arrived on scene as Michael J. Romero, 45 yoa, crossed the threshold of the property, an area from which he had previously been barred. Romero was arrested for Criminal Trespass II.
