Jason H. Fennimore, 31 yoa, was arrested on one count of Criminal Trespass II after he was found sleeping in a room at a local hotel, a place at which he is no longer allowed.

A woman from out of state reported receiving numerous calls from an unidentified person with an Unalaska phone number; the caller appeared to know her family and made repeated comments about hurting himself. The man to whom the phone number is registered denied having made the calls, but was advised of both the possible legal ramifications and of the availability of mental health counseling.

Driver reported his boat trailer had come off his vehicle and had impacted the garage door on a nearby warehouse. There was no damage to the boat, trailer or vehicle. The warehouse owner was already on scene to assess the damage.

Mental - A man who was injured in an auto accident admitted to purposefully running his vehicle off the road in an attempt to kill himself, in addition to making other statements and taking other actions which were not in the best interests of his physical health. The man was taken into protective custody pending evaluation by a mental health practitioner.

Officers responded to the clinic regarding an injured, agitated man who allegedly wished to harm himself. Officers calmed the man, determined that his injuries were the result primarily of an auto accident and arranged for him to receive medical care.
DUI

A man who rolled his vehicle on Overland Drive and was subsequently injured was suspected of driving while intoxicated and without a valid license. Under investigation.

Officer contacted a man suspected of driving without a valid license and advised him he would be arrested if here were seen driving again.

Caller reported he had been fired from his job, kicked out of company housing, had nowhere to go and was likely to freeze to death this night. An officer advised the man that his complaint against his employer was best handled in civil court.

Driver reported being the victim of harassing hand gestures made by another, unidentified driver.

Caller reported that he routinely allows employees to borrow his cell phone and it had not been returned to him after approximately one week. The caller provided additional information to the responding officer, and then decided he had said too much and did not wish to pursue charges.
