Officers responded to investigate a report of two roommates having a physical altercation. The investigation revealed that one of the roommates had assaulted the other. The assaulted party did not wish to pursue the matter and his injury was slight. The DA’s office was contacted and a non-arrest was authorized. The two were warned about the Domestic Violence laws and moved to separate accommodations.

Once the responsible person for the property where the rebar was located learned that the rebar was an existing issue, she arranged for the tire to be fixed.
