Officers were advised of an unknown female needing assistance from an unknown location for an unknown reason. Screaming could be heard in the background of the phone call. The officers were able to narrow the possible locations and found the individual in distress. Although no criminal activity was discovered, the female was assisted in relocating to a safe location.
