A homeless man was found on the lawn at the PCR, a place at which he was not allowed, per a trespass advisement given two days earlier. James A. Mavromatis, 38 yoa, was arrested on one count of Criminal Trespass II and one count of Violating Conditions of Release.

Caller reported a man stepping in front of vehicles near the airport. Officers contacted the homeless man, who said he was trying to stop motorists in order to ask for financial assistance. He was advised that he could be arrested for creating a traffic hazard.

Officer contacted several men, one of whom had a bloody nose, who had been gathered in the men's bathroom. The apparently injured man had simply suffered a spontaneous nosebleed, and no indication of nefarious activity was found.
