A man whose vehicle had received minor damage from a hit-and-run driver several weeks earlier found two witnesses to the accident. Officers were able to determine the suspect driver was a 16-year-old girl.

Olander, 38 yoa, of Unalaska, was arrested on one count of Assault IV-DV.
