Grand Aleutian Hotel staff reported numerous vehicles parked in the loading area in front of the hotel, and asked that the vehicles be cited. An officer advised the man that people had been allowed to park for 19 years in that location and encouraged him to begin advising people of a new policy before resorting to citations.

Intoxicated caller reported being slapped on the genitals and asked that officers issue a trespass advisement to the woman who committed said act. An officer advised the man, who repeatedly requests such trespass advisements only to have them lifted days later, to call when he is sober.

A vehicle with a punctured fuel tank leaked gasoline in front of Unisea Central. Unisea personnel performed appropriate clean-up and documentation of the spill.

Officers mediated a dispute, which had erupted after one man blew cigarette smoke in the other's face, between two men from warring Somali tribes. Both men were barred from visiting any Unisea liquor establishments.
Sexual Assault/Offense

A rather irate man reported that one of the other men sharing his hotel room had within the last two hours tried to stick his hand down the victim's pants, twice, before lying on top of him. The victim elected not to pursue charges as he simply wanted some uninterrupted sleep, but demanded that the creep be removed from his room. Unisea Security evicted the person forthwith, though he was allowed to get a room, by himself, for the remainder of the night.

Officer responded again to a boarding house, wherein another drunken resident had thrown a bottle of liquor at a passing co-tenant, striking him on the ear. The officer explained to the drunk that he would be arrested if there were any further such incidents.
Trespass

An intoxicated and uncooperative Jeremy A. Bruseau, 36 yoa, was arrested for Criminal Trespass II 3.5 hours after he was released from jail on charges of Criminal Trespass II. The belligerent Bruseau had created a disturbance in a boarding house when he refused to leave after being told there was no room for him to rent.

Auto repair employee asked for assistance with an unhappy customer, a professional driver who was distressed about having to replace a cracked rim on her taxi. After an officer responded the driver elected to replace the cracked rim with a new one.
