Hector Jose Maxwell, 33 yoa, of California was arrested for extraditable warrant out of California.

Caller reported a homeless man living in a vehicle was in the area and asking if he could plug into the callers electrical supply to do repairs on his vehicle. Caller allowed the individual to plug into their power supply but later found out that the man had stayed plugged in all night long. Caller requested the incident be documented and that they would deal with the homeless man personally.

Caller reported an individual walking in the middle of the road oblivious to the traffic around him. Officer contacted the individual who appeared to be a foreign national who claimed to be unfamiliar with road & traffic hazards. The individual was told to stay off the roads.

Caller reported a suspicious vehicle parked in the middle of the Senior Center parking lot. Officer responded and determined the driver of the vehicle had heard that the parking lot was a "hot spot" for wireless internet connection and was trying to do some online banking. The driver agreed to leave the area to cause no further suspicions.

Taxi cab driver reported a patron refusing to pay his fare. Officers responded, contacted the patron and the patron paid his fare.

Caller reported two subjects pilfering oars from boats on Iliuliuk Creek. Officer contacted the subjects who said they had used the oars to paddle their floating dock into position. The oars were returned shortly after use.

Dog expired after having a seizure. Remains were collected and humanely disposed of.

Off duty fire personnel, notified dispatch of a small diesel fuel spill that had occurred. DEC and fire personnel responded to the scene contained the spill and applied absorbent pads to the affected area.

Caller reported lending his silver mongoose bike to a friend who did not return it. Incident was determined to be civil in nature.

Caller reported seeing unsupervised kids playing on a bridge and hanging from the rail over the Iliuliuk Creek. Officer contacted the two boys who ultimately admitted to hanging off the bridge "a little bit". Officer explained the concerns about said behavior and advised them to no longer take such risks.

Glen O. Estuita, 38 yoa, of Washington was arrested on charges of Driving while his license was suspended, revoked or cancelled. Officer contacted Estuita after he was observed driving at a high rate of speed and swerving.
Fire Safety

Officer observed and unattended fire on the beach at Little South America. Officer observed the fire burn down to embers and insured no flare ups.

Domestic Disturbance
Saturday 27 October 2012, 11:48 p.m.
Caller reported that her son had called her and stated that his girlfriend was going "psycho" and attacking him. Caller stated that her son did not want to hurt his girlfriend and wanted her to leave his residence for the evening. Officers responded to the residence and contacted the couple. Both parties were uncooperative. Investigation determined an argument ensued over comment which occurred while the two were attending someone else's house party. It was further determined that no physical altercation had taken place, and there was no present danger. The couple agreed not to argue and to stay in separate areas of the house for the remainder of the night.
Domestic Disturbance

Officer was contacted by the Harborview doorperson reporting a disturbance taking place outside between an unidentified male and female. Officer contacted the individuals who were determined to be a couple. Investigation revealed the male was extremely irritated because of his girlfriend's flirtatious behavior while at the bar. The couple was advised of laws regarding domestic violence and agreed to sleep in separate rooms for the night. Additionally the couple was advised not to return to the bar for the remainder of the night.
