Officers responded to the Harbor View Bar regarding an altercation involving multiple people, and arrived in time to see a large number of people fleeing the area. Two subjects who were detained claimed that no fight had taken place and that one man had cut his head on a car door.

Officers responded to the Airport Bar regarding an altercation involving multiple people, and found that two men had been wrestling - an activity in which they regularly participate - and had no intention of hurting one another. The participants and their audience left the area without incident.

Fisherman complained that his captain had seen him drinking a beer, had told him he was in violation of the company's no-alcohol policy and had fired him upon his return to the vessel. An officer advised the fisherman that the captain was well within his rights to do so.

EMS personnel responded to an ambulance request for an inebriated, nauseous man, but terminated the response after an officer reported there was no need for medical care.

Intoxicated caller phoned 911 to report that his friend was inebriated and nauseous. An officer responded to the caller's location and found two drunken men, neither of whom wanted or needed any assistance.

An officer conducting a traffic stop on an erratic driver later learned the driver was wanted on Federal charges relating to passport fraud in New York. Luis Enrique Rodriguez, 46 yoa, was subsequently arrested on the federal warrant.

Officer assisted EMS with a patient who had fallen from a roof after climbing out the window to escape his locked room.

EMS personnel provided care and transport for a man with an open fracture to his arm.

Officer contacted a drunk sleeping on the stairs at the Harbor View Inn, and received a bindle of cocaine along with a driver's license when he asked the drunk for ID. Nicholas Lee Barone, 25 yoa, of Oregon, was arrested on one count of Misconduct Involving a Controlled Substance IV.

Extremely inebriated caller reported being beat on the back of his head with a stick by an unknown assailant, in front of the Harbor View Bar. Unisea Security officers told officers the man had fallen and injured his head, after which they had taken him to his residence.

Officer spoke with several young children who had been climbing on some soccer goals, and advised them they could be hurt if they or the goals fell.

Caller reported an intoxicated shopper behaving oddly in the grocery store. An officer contacted the man, who was shopping very slowly, and determined his level of intoxication was not cause for concern.
