An absent-minded driver took a wrong turn at the landfill at drove partway off a loading dock before coming to a stop. Landfill personnel were able to remove the vehicle from its precarious position.

Caller reported a man wobbling on the sidewalk along the South Channel Bridge. Officers determined it was the same pedestrian who has repeatedly scared drivers in the past by stepping into traffic.

Vehicle owner said four men were in the parking lot at Safeway, trying to lift up his van. Officers determined several men from a USCG cutter had dared another man to lift the vehicle off the ground.

Officers responded to the Small Boat Harbor regarding a third-person complaint that a man wanted to commit suicide. Officers contacted one man, who said he was approached by an unidentified second man, who said he intended to kill himself, but was able to provide no other information about who the man was or where he might have gone.

Intoxicated homeowner reported a neighbor was standing in his entryway, preventing him from sleeping. Officers responded but found nobody aside from the inebriated homeowner at the residence.

William D. Robinson, 46 yoa, of Unalaska, was arrested on one count of Violating Conditions of Release after a caller reported Robinson drinking at the Airport Restaurant with a friend.

Caller reported having received a phone call from an obviously fraudulent service, advising her she had won a substantial amount of money. Caller was primarily concerned that the charlatan knew her age and had asked about her living arrangements.

Caller reported a man, who she knew had been recently charged with burglary, was loitering in front of the Intersea Mall. An officer responded and found that the men had been waiting for the owner of one of the Mall's businesses, and he had subsequently arrived and let them into his store.
