Officers observed a bonfire on Little South America and upon investigating further found several men, one of whom was fixing his vehicle's headlights, loitering in the area. There was no indication of criminal activity.

Caller reported his vehicle had been stolen, only to find it sometime later in the City impound yard. The vehicle was subsequently released to the owner.

Caller requested assistance with a drunken man in a warehouse. Officers found a belligerent, incoherent, extremely impaired subject on the floor of the warehouse. The man was restrained until EMS arrived on scene.

Homeowner asked for assistance turning off the water main to his house, due to a leak inside the residence. Officers contacted the water department to bring the special tool needed to shut the valve.
