A drunken, mouthy bar patron spit in another man's eye and was then surprised when "out of nowhere" he received two rapid blows to his face. The victim of the spit attack felt that justice had been served and no further action was necessary.

Gas station employee reported a customer had left without paying for fuel. An officer located the suspect, who apologized for the misunderstanding and returned to the gas station to pay his bill.
MVA Damage

Officers responded to a single-vehicle accident and found that the driver, Gennadiy A. Davlikaev, 47 yoa, of Washington, was intoxicated when he lost control of his vehicle and crashed into a rock face on the side of the road. Davlikaev was arrested on one count of Driving under the Influence. No significant injuries were reported.

Fire/EMS personnel were toned for a report of a vehicle accident involving multiple passengers with unknown injuries.

Officers responded to a Bering Fisheries bunkhouse after receiving a report that a confrontational and intoxicated employee was attempting to fight with other employees. Officers allowed the drunk to clean up his own vomit before advising him to go to bed or risk being arrested.

Officer stopped the driver of a vehicle traveling in the middle of the roadway, well below the speed limit, and learned that Jared P. Seuga no longer had a valid license. Seuga, 28 yoa, of Washington, was taken into custody on one count of Driving while License Suspended/Revoked.

An intoxicated man told police that his wife's belligerent behavior necessitated him kissing her behind. Officers responded to the residence and found that both inebriated parties had already gone to bed.

Officer advised a man who had made repeated threatening and derogatory remarks to another that if he wished to keep his job and his freedom, he would refrain from such comments in the future.
