Officers found a drunk attempting to summit a processing plant building. The drunk, who had appeared to be talking to someone already on top of the building, denied that he had any companions.

Officers mediated a dispute between an elder and her caretaker son, with whom an argument had erupted after he returned home in a rather inebriated state.

Officers investigating a taxi parking complaint found one hire vehicle operating without benefit of a right headlight. The driver was able to correct the problem and was allowed to remain in service.

A driver who had hit a loose dog and had then taken the slightly injured animal to the clinic phoned police to report that the canine had jumped from his vehicle while he was inside speaking to medical personnel. The dog was eventually located by its owner.

A counterfeit $100 bill was discovered in a bank customer's deposit. Officers determined the bill had apparently been tendered the previous night at the Harbor View Bar and had then been distributed with bar employee tips. The bank manager informed local businesses of the incident.
