Officer saw Steven M. Olsen, 47 yoa, of Washington, stumble out of a liquor store with a brown-bagged bottle and into his parked vehicle. Olsen, who was attempting to back out of his parking space by the time the officer reached his door, was unable to perform field sobriety tests and was subsequently arrested for Driving under the Influence.

Robert Paul Buckingham Jr., 27 yoa, of Washington, was arrested and charged with Driving under the Influence, Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test and Driving while License Suspended shortly after a bar employee reported that he had nearly hit a pedestrian as he sped away from the Harbor View Bar.

Taxi driver requested assistance with an intoxicated man who had only a credit card and no cash with which to pay his fare. The parties settled with the driver holding the man's credit card until he had paid in full, in cash, later in the day.
