Victor J. Fisher, of Unalaska, was arrested for Criminal Trespass II after he was found in the Cape Cheerful Lounge in spite of having been given a trespass advisement several months earlier. Fisher defended his actions, stating that a Unisea manager had lifted the ban.

Father reported his daughter was being harassed by an older male. The older male was able to provide proof that the daughter had lied about her age and had initiated contact with him. The male readily agreed to cease all further contact with the girl after he learned her true age.
