Unisea Security inspected a hotel patron's room after the odor of marijuana had permeated the third floor hallway. The hotel guest turned over a pipe, which he indeed earlier used, to police when they arrived.

Fire personnel were toned to an apartment complex after a tenant reported a smell similar to that of an electrical fire.

Captain reported one of his crew, who had been quite inebriated the night before, had failed to return to the boat after spending most of the night drinking. Officers learned the man had been asked to leave the bar due to his level of intoxication. The man was later located and found sleeping it off.

A homeowner who noticed many footprints around her home was concerned that someone may have entered her arctic entry. An officer inspected the area with the homeowner, and discovered a can of paint had been turned on its side.

A mother who was worried about the amount of alcohol her underage son had consumed this day asked officers to check on him. Officers found the scared and dizzy 19-year old in his home, surrounded by empty beer cans. Ryan Fowler was subsequently cited for Minor in Possession of Alcohol.

Landlord asked that a trespass advisement be issued to a former tenant. The ex-tenant had already departed the community and was not contacted.

Another citizen reported a child on the frozen lake. Officers responded and saw only a snowmobiler on the far side of the lake.

Caller reported several children playing on the ice of the Iliuliuk Creek, one of whom had apparently already fallen through the ice into the frigid waters. PCR staff advised that they had spoken to the children about the dangers of playing in such areas.
