An inebriated lout who decided on a whim to break a vehicle window was quickly apprehended after footprints in the snow led officers to his location. Daniel Wellington, 21 yoa, of Washington, was arrested on one count of Criminal Mischief III.

Taxi driver reported that a customer had failed to pay his fare in full. The suspect, whom an officer found on his vessel, elected to pay the fare as well as a healthy tip.

Two women, one of whom couldn't help but make snide and insulting remarks to the other, were the subjects of a disturbance in the Grand Aleutian Hotel lobby. The women both told the responding officer that this was to be their last confrontation.
