A concerned caller requested that a welfare check be conducted for a man who has not been seen in two days. After a few attempts to get an answer from the man at his residence he finally yelled out the back window and stated that he would not open the door.

Shots were heard by students and elder at a cabin near upper Captains Bay Road. Officers investigated and found a man with no gun. Students described the suspect illegally shooting geese as a bald male, wearing glasses, and carrying a purple back-pack.
