A citizen reported that a man just left a bar in a gold colored rental truck and seemed intoxicated. The vehicle was stopped and the driver was determined to be safe to drive. The driver was thanked and allowed to continue on his way

At the request of a Kenai Probations officer a probation check was performed on a person currently residing in Unalaska. That person was found to be in compliance.

An employee of a local bar requested an officer respond to the establishment because staff members found what they believed were drugs on the premises. It had been found wrapped inside a discarded sweatshirt. The items were properly destroyed.

Several calls were received letting DPS know that there was a dead whale in the area of the S-curves. This information was passed on and investigated by NOAA Fisheries staff.

A person contacted an officer asking his help to retrieve money from the bank ATM. He stated that he had tried to get $600 but the ATM wasn’t giving it to him. He was advised that he should visit the bank first thing in the morning.

Once the officer had trespassed an individual from the processing plant, due to his level of intoxication the officer told him that he is not to enter any establishment serving liquor for the rest of the evening or he would be arrested. The person stated that he understood.

One of the local fish processing plants requested that an officer locate and permanently trespass an individual from their properties, because he had been threatening employees. The person was located and trespassed.

An attempt was made to serve a summons to a crewmember of a vessel that had docked earlier. The crewman had already departed on a flight earlier in the day.

A walk-in wished to report that he had been assaulted over the weekend. He stated that he had been “sucker-punched” and his glasses broken. An officer initiated an investigation. The complainant did not wish to press charges, but was fearful of what his attacker might do later.

A walk-in stated that she had lost her wallet that contained all of her important cards and licenses. She had checked the places she had been in an attempt to recover it. She left a contact number to use if it is recovered.

A caller reported that she had observed an individual that was not within sight or sound of his Court Appointed Third Party Custodian, which is a violation of his Terms Of Release. Investigation revealed that he was in compliance and the caller was informed.
