Age suitability: 18 Years +
This is a long intensive fitness challenge that will maximize your overall health. I will help you plan weekly meals & exercise then meet at the end of each week to see your progress. We will provide paleo seasoning salts and a binder full of recipes to choose from. Please note that if you smoke or consume alcohol that you must refrain during this program. Childcare will be provided during meeting times.
