Yoga is an incredible tool for self-care. This profound practice will
quickly help you gain strength, courage and flexibility. As you learn to
fully engage and experience your physical body, you will begin to rewire
old habitual patterns, breaking down roadblocks, and allowing you to
see your full potential. You will be challenged and supported; expect
to receive gentle yet powerful, hands on adjustments while moving
through sequences with power and grace. Each class is different, offering an expansive practice of growth and creativity. This Winter / Spring
we will explore both Power Vinyasa and Hatha styles of yoga offering
