Steven C. Murillo, 24 yoa, was arrested on charges of Driving under the Influence, Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test, Driving while License Suspended/Revoked and Misconduct Involving a Controlled Substance VI. Murillo was contacted by police after he was observed swerving across the roadway.

Officer contacted minor who smoking a cigarette, and was told that the minor’s mother provides him with tobacco and a neighbor provided him with alcohol. Neither the neighbor nor the mother could be reached.

Officers advised an inebriated man in front of a bar that he should not drive this night, and the man agreed to walk home. A short time later the officer saw a vehicle he recognized as being similar to the inebriate’s on Airport Beach Road. Driver Adam R. Stull, 25 yoa, was contacted and subsequently arrested on one count of Driving under the Influence.

Officers responded to a report of a fight in front of a bar, but found only a few people who stated that nothing untoward had occurred, and one man whose girlfriend had just left him who stated that life was unfair.

Officer advised a man seen chugging alcohol in the middle of a public street that it was unlawful to do so. The man said he had rapidly consumed the alcohol before the officer approached, because he was already aware of this ordinance and did not wish to waste his liquor.

The driver of a tractor-trailer reported having scuffed the side of a parked passenger vehicle with one of his tires. Damages were minor and no injuries were reported.

Caller reported a sea lion had repeatedly burst forth from the water for the last hour and was now lying on top of the water as if it were tired or entangled. A harbor officer in the area determined a large splash of sea lions were playing boisterously in the area and did not seem to be in any distress.
