Caller reported receiving several sexually explicit text messages and phone calls from a number she was able to identify as belonging to a young Unalaska resident. Caller asked that rather than pursuing charges, the young man simply be advised to cease his contact with her.

Officers responded to Unisea regarding a report that one man had been harassing another, primarily through use of racially demeaning terminology. Officers contacted the two men and learned that indeed, one had made several derogatory comments about the other's intimate relationship. There was no indication of any criminal activity and the men were advised to avoid one another.

Juan I. Torres, 42 yoa, of Unalaska, was arrested for Driving under the Influence after an officer observed him utilizing the entire roadway for his driving endeavors. Torres told the arresting officer that he had simply gone out to get more beer.
