Officers investigating a report that one man had pushed another at Safeway found an agitated victim whose description of a terrifying and painful push became increasingly unbelievable, and who made statements indicating he intended to rectify matters with or without police intervention. Store management asked that the man be escorted from the premises for the night.

A crewman drinking at a bar was remanded to custody, per Bethel Adult Probation, when a routine records check revealed that he was on probation and was not to consume alcohol.

Crew members reported their captain had not been seen since approximately midnight, when he had been drinking at a bar. The crew, who were drinking at another bar, did not appear overly concerned about this state of affairs. A short time later the captain was reported to be back.

Officer checked on an intoxicated man who had just slipped on an icy parking lot. The man indicated that he did not need medical care or other assistance.

Officer advised a woman who was weaving and vomiting her way toward the bathrooms at the bar that she was not allowed to remain on a licensed premise this evening. The woman managed to leave the area under her own power.
Assault

A man voiding his bladder in public threatened another man who had the impertinence to order him to cease micturating. The unruly urinator was advised that he could be barred from company premises if he continued to create problems. The victim did not wish to pursue charges.

Jesse D. Rooke, 43 yoa, was arrested on an outstanding warrant for failure to serve time in a 2008 assault case.
Traffic Crime

A driver who was stopped for a number of traffic violations and who was arrested for Driving under the Influence and Driving while License Suspended/Revoked lied to police about his identity because he knew he had a local warrant. Jesse D. Rooke, 43 yoa, was additionally charged with False Information and Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test.

Driver reported having damaged the fence around a business when he lost control of his car on an icy roadway, and asked for both a police report and the phone number for the business whose property he had damaged. No injuries were reported.

The husband phoned police to report that his wife was providing alcohol to minors, an allegation which officers were able to verify a short time later. Stella Allen-King, 46 yoa and Ismael D. Lopez, 35 yoa, were both arrested on charges of Furnishing Alcohol to a Minor; James Mahoney, 20 yoa, was arrested for Minor in Possession-Habitual Offender.
Harassment

A wife’s boyfriend told police that the wife’s husband was making unwanted phone calls to the wife. The intoxicated wife agreed that this was indeed so. The husband, irritated at being woken, said that the opposite was in fact true and that he was going back to sleep.

Caller reported that an unidentified man had stopped by his house, uninvited; that the unidentified man had a bloody hand from being bitten by a dog; that the unidentified man had been in an argument; and that the unidentified man, who was no longer on his property, was not welcome on his property.
