A woman who had asked for police assistance with her boyfriend was found to have sustained injuries to her arms and head following an argument with Francisco R. Maldonado. Maldonado, who had fled the area before police arrived, was later found sitting in his vehicle. He was arrested on one count of Driving under the Influence and one count Assault IV-DV.
