Caller reported receiving phone calls from a person accusing him of having been involved in a traffic accident. Caller denied having been in any recent traffic accidents. The person to whom the phone number was registered denied having made the calls or allowed anyone else to use his phone.

Officers advised an intoxicated man not to return to any licensed premise this night. The man, who tried once to go back into the bar, was quickly led away by his friends.

Caller reported the presence of minors in a boarding house. Officers found two people, both over the age of 18 and one of whom rents a room in the boarding house, in bed together.

Nick Galaktionoff, Jr., 53 yoa, of Unalaska, was arrested for Assault III-DV after officers responding to his residence regarding a report that he was “freaking out,” found that he had threatened his brother with a kitchen knife. Alcohol was a factor.

Caller reported a driver operating a vehicle without functioning brake lights. An officer contacted the suspect driver, who had already parked the vehicle, and advised him of the equipment violation.

Officers responded to a request for assistance with an unruly and intoxicated man, but the man had departed the area by the time they arrived.

Caller reported an unlicensed motorcycle driver on Bayview. Officers responded to the area but did not find anyone on a motorcycle.

Officer advised the driver of a vehicle with out-of-state license plates that the vehicle needs to be registered in the State of Alaska.

Woman asked for assistance locating any record of her father, last seen two years earlier boarding a flight to Unalaska. Officers checked employment records at the major employers in town but found no record that the father had ever worked at any of those places.

Caller reported a piece of orange construction equipment, swinging recklessly near a community park. An officer contacted the driver of said equipment, who was leveling the earth near the park and who said that the bucket does swing as he picks up dirt in one location and moves it to another.
