A woman advised she had just checked on a drunk she found near a construction site and though she did not believe he needed medical attention, she was concerned about him being out in the relatively cold weather. An officer contacted the man, who was indeed intoxicated and who declined offers of transportation to a more suitable location.

Officer contacted a motley collection of drunks who were utilizing more than their fair share of the roadway, and encouraged them to utilize the side rather than the middle of the road for their pedestrian endeavors.

Harbor and Police officers responded to a docked vessel from which the USCG had received an automated distress signal. The crew was unaware that a distress signal had been sent, and was unsure how the emergency messaging system worked. Officers noted nothing amiss aboard the vessel.

Anonymous caller reported that a neighboring apartment-dweller’s music was disturbing her and her young baby. Officers responded to the apartment complex but heard no music or other noise that was unreasonably loud.

Officers responded to a bar regarding a complaint of harassment, and learned that two coworkers with a history of mutual unpleasantness may have had yet another insulting interaction. Both parties were advised to cease contact with one another.
