A business owner phoned police after an unhappy customer began behaving in a generally aggressive, threatening manner. The customer was contacted by police and admitted to having had a bad transaction at the store, but denied having threatened the owner. The owner did not wish to pursue charges.

A driver, having been observed driving in the oncoming lane while making a turn, proceeded to drive into a parked vehicle while attempting to stop after an officer activated his overhead lights. Driver Kevin J. Vanderpol, 38 yoa, was arrested for Driving under the Influence after Vanderpol failed field sobriety tests.

The woman meanwhile reported being harassed by the man, who kept calling her and demanding the return of his camera. Investigation initiated into actual ownership and possession of said camera.
