UAF Bristol Bay Campus will be offering free registration for recognition of continuing education through conference attendance, which will be displayed on a UAF college transcript.

10:00 – Making a Good Thing Better – Improving Brain Health with Kim Honan
Is brain health important and if so what can I do to impact it? These are a couple of questions we will answer in looking at how our personal health system’s most sophisticated and complex operating center-the brain-impacts mood and health.

11:00 – Chair Yoga with Nicole Nadeau
Yoga relaxes your body and mind while improving your musculoskeletal fitness. Chair yoga provides moves for anyone, anywhere! This is a gentle form of yoga that is adaptive and beneficial regardless of age, activity level, or physical challenges. The best part is you can take it anywhere; work out your kinks while you sit at your desk, or even during a long flight.
