Ordinance 2014-02: Creating a budget amendment No. 6 to the FY14 operating budget by transferring funds from various paving projects to create the 2014 paving capital project PW402; increase the library revenues and expenditures for the OWL grant; increase the facility maintenance division budget; and budget for two community coastal impact assistant grants.
