Ordinance 2014-03: Creating budget amendment No. 7 to the FY 14 operating budget to purchase new cell door locks for Corrections furnished by a State grant; increase the budget for the purchase of a vehicle for Parks, Culture and Recreation; and increase the construction costs for the waste heat recovery project.
