An UNFA-APICDA joint meeting will precede the Memorial beginning at 5 pm. If you have an interest in small boat commercial fishing or are a subsistence gatherer or enjoy the sport of fishing, you should come to our meeting. APICDA will also be there to share what programs they have available to help get you started.
