Introduction to Meditation Class

This class is designed for anyone curious about the health benefits of a grounded medi-tation practice. Scientific research shows that meditation reduces stress and anxiety and promotes greater calm when practiced. Participants will be taught a meditation method that can be used immediately upon completion of the class. This is an interactive class that will include both guided and silent meditation opportunities. 2 sessions available!
