Are you interested in learning how to use the resources surround-
ing our community? In this class you will learn how to make such
things as oils, moss berry jams and will learn how to identify cer-
tain plants in our community as well as learn how to fillet a salm-
on. Please provide a container to bring to class and a fillet knife.
