Most people have heard of First Aid and CPR to address physical distress, but what happens when someone is exhibiting signs of emotional or mental distress?

The Aleutian Pribilof Islands Association in partnership with the Trust Training Cooperative will be hosting a groundbreaking public education program--Mental Health First Aid. This training is designed for the lay person to identify and help individuals coping with behavioral health issues. It assists with identification, understanding and response to signs of mental illness and substance use disorders. Seats are limited!

This training continues on August 6 for Day 2.
