Ounalashka Corporation is submitting a Brownfield Cleanup Grant application to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) for the Blueberry Loop Landfills on Strawberry Hill in Unalaska. The draft Analysis of Brownfield Cleanup Alternatives (ABCA) and application will be available for public review and comment during a community meeting held on October 30, 2024 at 6:00pm at the WWII Visitor's Center located at the Tome Madsen Dutch Harbor / Unalaska Airport.
