This is an informal meeting for parents and guardians of students receiving Special Education services. Drop in any time between 6 and 7 PM to talk with Department of Education and Early Development staff. We value your input concerning your child's program.

Between the dates of 9/24/13 and 9/27/13, the Alaska Department of Education and Early Development, Special Education Team, will be monitoring education programs in the district. The DEED staff has requested a meeting with parents and guardians of students enrolled in the Special Education program. The purposes of this meeting are for department staff to introduce themselves, answer your questions, and hear your comments regarding special education programs in the district. What is working? What is not working and what suggestions for improvement do you want the district to know about?
