AHA has partnered with Agnew::Beck to complete the first ever Regional Housing Needs Assessment.

Over the next few months, AHA will be seeking input from everyone throughout our region. AHA staff will
be distributing a short survey around town on Wednesday, the 7th. AHA staff will be around town with surveys, or stop by the Makushin Room of the Grand Aleutian Hotel. REMEMBER TO TURN IN YOUR SURVEY BY 5 PM TO BE INCLUDED IN THE DRAWING.

We want to hear from all Unalaska Residents! Your input is important, and your participation is greatly
needed and appreciated!

HOW TO PARTICIPATE

Option #1 - Fill it out in person with AHA staff.
AHA staff will be distributing the Survey around town and will be
available to assist in completing it on the spot.
OR
Option #2 - Fill it out on your own.
Take the Survey and fill it out on your own. Once complete, either
give it to an AHA staff member or turn it in to the Tribal office
before 5:00 p.m. on September 7, 2022.

To be entered to win, you must complete and turn in the Surveyby
