DOT&PF is updating the 2008 Master Plan for the Unalaska Airport to explore and document a plan for future air service for Unalaska.

The airport will need to be upgraded to serve the aircraft likely to use the airport in the next 20 years.

DOT&PF has selected a draft preferred alternative for airport layout in the Master Plan and outlined an airport improvement implementation plan that addresses financial, environmental, and construction phasing considerations.
