Walking every day can improve your focus, energy levels, thinking
skills, and overall physical health. Take the first step to improving your
fitness and join the PCR walking program. Weekly health and walking
seminars will be hosted at the Community Center to give you motivation and simple health and walking tips. Use a fitness tracker or any
walking app to track your steps. Start a lunch hour walking group at
work or school, find creative ways to incorporate walking into your
everyday life. Tracking steps and other fitness activities can earn you
fitness incentives and raffle tickets for weekly prize drawings. Contact
