In this class we will focus on stroke development. This lesson is designed for the student with a high level of comfort in the water and a basic swimming skills foundation. Participants in this level class will work on passing the Aquatics Center swim test, if they have not yet already, and learn the basics of competitive strokes. Lifesaving and safety skills will be reviewed.
