Yoga is a tool in self-care. This profound practice will leave you awakened and inspired developing the necessary strength, courage and flexibility for this work. As you learn to fully engage and experience your physical body, you will begin to rewire old habitual patterns, breaking down roadblocks and allowing you to see your full potential. Each class is different, offering an expansive practice of growth and creativity. Nicole teaches in a very clean and clear way, providing something for all skill levels. All skill levels welcome! Tuesdays & Thursdays
Tuesdays 6:30 pm - 7:45 pm
Thursdays 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm

Gentle Yoga: 1st and 3rd Thursday of each month. Dedicate some time to slow down. The practice will offer gentle, intuitive movements. You can expect class dialogue to take you beyond the mat, and deeper into yourself.
Yoga Tune Up®: The 2nd and 4th Thursday of each month. Yoga Tune Up® is a fitness therapy format built around the three P’s – Pain, Posture and Performance. It helps eradicate pain, improve posture and enhance performance.
Level 2 - Saturday classes are not recommended for new beginners; try to join some classes during the week to get acquainted first. This class will up ante a bit from the Tuesday class.

1st & 3rd Saturday each month 8:30am -10am
